    I chose this badge with the magnet back. The magnets are very strong and can easily hold the badge through both my scrub top and undershirt (but I'll just wear on my scrub top at work). My name is in black lettering and easy to read on the gray background. This badge is so beautiful in person, and I'm very happy! I also bought the matching badge reel, which is a rose, scrolls, and half gray and black.
